When someone packed glass items with each other in the same bag and we dropped it and it shattered they said we could get a new item for free and apologized! I loved how the owner played the organ in the produce section over the Christmas Holiday! There was a young girl I asked where an item was and she said it was probably in a general area of the store but didn't tell me which aisle and didn't take the time to show me, but I called the store and someone gave me better directions and I found someone to help me find the difficult-to-find item.
We stayed in Ririe at the reservoir for a couple weeks and shopped here. We were so impressed by the quality and variety of the foods here. Most impressive was everyone was so nice and one guy took my groceries out to my car and even helped me out them in the vehicle. Haven't seen that since the 80s! We'll never forget the young guy the greets those entering the deli area saying, "hi, would you like to try some sushi?". We still say it to each other, slightly funny but such a great store and town too.
I shop here sometimes and they have a great selection of fruits and vegetables. Sometimes there are expired/bad looking fruits and vegetables, but I guess the selection makes up for it.
Absolutely wonderful store! Employees are nice and quick to help if you have a question. The store is clean, beautiful, and well organized. Their deli has the best fried chicken I have ever had! Not to mention their phenomenal bakery, sushi, and salad bar! I also get all of my prescriptions from their pharmacy. Best service I have ever had.
